Don't you love it when a good one comes along? We've been enjoying this hairstyle so much at least one of the kids has worn it every day this week. It's so much fun, but as usual it is quick and easy to do - which is my biggest requirement. Little Rapunzel lost a tooth yesterday (a big fat Molar, are they meant to come out this early??).. Anyway, the fun of the tooth fairy's arrival used up a pile of time on video day - so it was great to have a hairstyle ready for you that I knew wouldn't take long... 10 minutes later and both hairstyles were done for the day and we were off to school to brag about our tooth fairy visit :-) I hope you have fun as much fun with this one as we did...
You know when you've got zero time on your hands, but you still want to look your best and like you've made an effort? Well this hairdo is GREAT for those days. We love ponytails on the side, but this one just has a little something extra to keep it interesting. It only takes about a minute and a half to do, but you'll still get heaps of comments. A great "Tween" hairstyle too, dress it up with some curls and it's an awesome party do, or lazy weekends when you have better things to do than hair. Have fun with this one :-)
We've been looking for some simple hairstyles that are suitable for work, play or even for something a little special - of course it has to fit into our under 5 minute rule too. This hairstyle fits that criteria beautifully. It is the perfect hairstyle for shoulder or medium length hair, but we've got a little trick for how to make it work if you have Rapunzel length hair just as well. We get really sick of doing the same ol' ponytail styles all the time, so we are always on the lookout for cute ways to wear ponytails. This one is a great hairstyle that you can wear to work, but it's also fun and goes great with jeans, so I wear this one often. It's a really great "I-haven't-washed-my-hair-in-a-couple-of-days" kinda style too. The best bit about it, is it literally only takes a couple of minutes to do! Have fun with this one :-)

We've had lots of requests for easy school hair and different ponytails, so this hairstyle answers both.
You will see in the video - we also tried it with braids and twists, and waves vs no waves so don't be afraid to mix it up for different effects. This hairstyle can be done so quickly and easily - you'll blitz our under 5 minutes rule, but you'll still get heaps of comments about how great you are at doing hair :-)

Hiya, This week we are following on from a style we did last week called the "Criss-Cross Braid". We had so much fun with that hairstyle we wanted to do another similar one - so today's hairstyle is.... (drum roll) The "Double One-Sided Braid". This hairdo can be done on medium length, long and extra long hair. Its a fun spin on the usual lace braids or one sided braids we normally do. Its kinda like a double Katniss Braid, so my kids LUURVE it. You'll have lots of comments from these ones as they look intricate and fiddly - but they are actually quite simple and seem to get easier and faster as you go. Have fun with this one :-)
Oooo this one is so much fun! We have really enjoyed it and have worn it to school heaps for the first week back ;-) We've been looking for some fun hairdo's for you to get you back into the swing of school. We have used our favorite tried and tested ones this week as we are having a harder time getting into our old routine. I love the summer holidays , but getting back is hard isn't it? Anyways - If you like one sided braids - you are going to love this hairdo! It's something different for a change. We have found it looks great with some bright red ribbons or bows to accentuate the pigtails too - so don't be shy with your accessories. Have fun with this one :-)
